Генеральный директор «Интера» Пьеро Аузилио признает, что существует «большая пропасть» в оценке Кертиса Джонса между «Ливерпулем» и его клубом. Он также прохладно отзывается о трансферах Умара Соле и Эдуарда Камавинга, заявляя: «Мы должны быть реалистами».
Руководитель «нерадзурри» выступил на мероприятии в Римини, посвященном открытию трансферного окна Серии А, и дал несколько интервью.

Не секрет, что «Интер» проявляет интерес к полузащитнику «Ливерпуля» Джонсу. Несмотря на то, что его контракт действует до июня 2027 года, цена не опускается ниже 40 миллионов евро.

The Nerazzurri chief was speaking at an event in Rimini this evening to mark the opening of the Serie A transfer market, so held several different interviews.
Inter struggling to get deals done
It is no secret that Inter are pursuing Liverpool midfielder Jones, but even though his contract only runs to June 2027, the price-tag is not dropping below €40m.
“I never denied our interest in this player, we had also tried for him in January, but I must also be equally honest here and say he’s a player with characteristics we’d like, but at this moment there is a big gap between our valuation and that of Liverpool,” said Ausilio.
“Seeing as he is a Liverpool player, they have every right to ask what they want, but we too have the right to say if we accept or not. At this moment, I can say it is a very difficult operation to see through to the end.”
The proposal for Jones is around €25m, a massive difference from the €40m that Liverpool are asking for.
Meanwhile, the Inter chief warned that some of the other rumoured deals are also a very long way from completion, including the push for Udinese defender Solet.
“Solet, like many other players, can be an opportunity, but he is not the only one. Besides, I am by no means certain he can be the right one for us, let’s just calmly see what the transfer market brings, but we are in no rush and can begin pre-season with the squad we have.
“We do intend to sign two new defenders, though.”
What Ausilio did confirm was that there was “absolutely no interest” in Roma midfielder Niccolò Pisilli.
When asked about Real Madrid midfielder Camavinga, Ausilio let out a sigh of frustration.
“We must be realistic, there are some players who can be taken into consideration, and others who cannot. We know Camavinga’s transfer value and his salary, so it is not feasible.”

L’Inter fatica a concludere le trattative
Non è un segreto che l’Inter stia puntando al centrocampista del Liverpool Jones, ma anche se il suo contratto scade solo nel giugno 2027, il prezzo richiesto non scende sotto i 40 milioni di euro.
«Non ho mai negato il nostro interesse per questo giocatore, avevamo provato anche a gennaio, ma devo anche essere onesto e dire che è un giocatore con caratteristiche che ci piacciono, ma in questo momento c’è un grande divario tra la nostra valutazione e quella del Liverpool», ha detto Ausilio.
«Dato che è un giocatore del Liverpool, hanno tutto il diritto di chiedere quanto vogliono, ma anche noi abbiamo il diritto di dire se accettiamo o meno. Al momento, posso dire che è un’operazione molto difficile da portare a termine».
La proposta per Jones si aggira intorno ai 25 milioni di euro, una differenza enorme rispetto ai 40 milioni richiesti dal Liverpool.
Nel frattempo, il dirigente dell’Inter ha avvertito che anche altre trattative vociferate sono molto lontane dal completamento, compresa la corsa al difensore dell’Udinese Solet.
«Solet, come molti altri giocatori, può essere un’opportunità, ma non è l’unico. Inoltre, non sono affatto sicuro che possa essere quello giusto per noi, vediamo con calma cosa porta il mercato, ma non abbiamo fretta e possiamo iniziare la preparazione pre-campionato con la rosa che abbiamo.
«Intendiamo comunque ingaggiare due nuovi difensori».
Ausilio ha confermato che «non c’è assolutamente alcun interesse» per il centrocampista della Roma Niccolò Pisilli.
Alla domanda sul centrocampista del Real Madrid Camavinga, Ausilio ha sospirato con frustrazione.
«Dobbiamo essere realistici, ci sono alcuni giocatori che possono essere presi in considerazione, e altri che no. Conosciamo il valore di mercato di Camavinga e il suo stipendio, quindi non è fattibile».
